Introduction
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use Pavo AI Video.
Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:
- Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.
- Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
- Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
- Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- Process transactions and send related confirmations.
- Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
- Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.
Uploaded Images, Prompts, and Generated Files
We process your uploaded images and prompts to create the requested output. Your selected AI service receives the input it needs to perform the task. Task records include the prompt, settings, status, credit usage, and result links so you can retrieve results and we can investigate service failures.
Your uploads and results are not automatically added to our public example gallery. Account task records require sign-in, but media delivery uses file links that may be accessible to anyone holding the link. A file link is not a private sharing permission: avoid uploading confidential material or sharing a link you want to keep restricted.
We do not currently publish a fixed retention period or provide a uniform automatic deletion schedule for uploaded files. Generated files may also be hosted by the AI service and its links may expire. Download results you want to keep promptly; storage is not guaranteed to be permanent. A local video draft can remain in your browser for up to 48 hours to support sign-in and checkout recovery; that draft expiry does not delete uploaded files or server task records.
AI service providers have their own input-retention and data-use rules. We do not make a universal promise that every selected provider retains nothing or excludes inputs from training. Contact support@pavoai.video before sending sensitive material if you need the handling rules for a particular model. We can help identify the relevant service and its current rules.
To request removal of files and related task data under our control, email support@pavoai.video from your account email and include the task ID or file link. Removing a task record does not necessarily remove separately stored files, cached copies, or provider-held copies. We will explain what we can remove and any remaining retention requirements.
Analytics and Your Choice
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand product usage. The Google Analytics tag loads with analytics storage denied by default and sends limited cookieless measurement events if you decline or have not made a choice. Accepting analytics enables analytics storage and full measurement. Analytics events use sanitized page paths and bounded product categories; they do not include prompts, images, filenames, email addresses, reset tokens, payment details, or raw error messages.
If you are signed in and accept analytics, we may associate analytics events with an opaque internal user identifier so activity across sessions can be measured. We do not send your name or email address as that identifier. You can deny or revoke analytics storage through Cookie settings in the website footer or below. Denial or revocation disables analytics identifiers and cross-session association, clears locally stored analytics identifiers, and leaves limited cookieless measurement active. To request access to or deletion of already collected data, contact us using the address below.
In addition, our own server counts page loads for aggregate audience statistics regardless of your analytics choice. This count sets no cookie and uses no local storage. For each visit it keeps only a one-way hash of the date, network address and browser type, made with a secret key and replaced every day, so it cannot be reversed to your address or used to recognize you on another day. We do not store the address, browser type, page, or any account information with it, and automated traffic is excluded. It is used only to report approximately how many people visited each day.
When configured, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand page interactions through session recordings and heatmaps after you accept analytics. Prompt editors and the payment prompt preview are masked. Revoking analytics consent stops the recorder and clears its cookies.

Advertising and Third-Party Cookies
We publish our Google AdSense publisher identity to verify this website. This deployment does not load AdSense ad-serving code or display Google ad units. An analytics consent banner is not a Google-certified advertising consent management platform (CMP), and accepting analytics does not grant consent to advertising storage or personalized ads.
Before enabling Google ads, we must configure the applicable consent message and ad settings. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, this includes a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework where required by Google's publisher requirements. The message must identify the relevant ad partners and provide a way to refuse and revisit a choice. We will not treat a closed banner or a missing choice as advertising consent.
If advertising is enabled in a later release, Google and other disclosed ad partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver, measure, and, where permitted and consented to, personalize ads based on visits to this and other sites. Review how Google uses information from partner sites and Google's advertising controls. Third-party opt-out options are also explained at Your Ad Choices. These controls do not replace an on-site consent choice. We will update this policy and the consent message before enabling a new advertising use.
We do not send account emails, names, prompts, uploads, reset tokens, or payment details in advertising requests. We do not request precise device location or use health, religion, sexual orientation, or other sensitive traits to build advertising audiences. Account, security, billing, and task records needed to provide the service are separate from optional analytics storage.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:
- With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
- To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting us at the email address below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
