Video counts use the single-video plan as a baseline. Your actual count depends on the model, duration, and quality you choose. Check the quote in the editor before generating.
A subscription renews according to its billing cycle and releases credits each month. A credit pack is a one-time purchase with no recurring renewal, and its credits do not expire.
You can manage renewal from your account subscription settings. Check the current billing period and the terms shown before confirming a cancellation.
Credit-pack balances do not expire. Subscription credits are valid for the period in which they are granted; annual subscriptions release monthly installments that do not roll over.
If a generation fails, the credits deducted for that task return to your balance automatically. If the result is still pending, we keep the original task so you can check its status.
Annual plans are billed once a year, and their credits are released in 12 equal monthly installments starting on the day you subscribe. Each installment is valid for its monthly period and does not roll over.
Yes. Within 7 days, an unused plan can be refunded in full. After that, cancelling mid-term gets a usage-based refund: annual amount paid × (total annual credits − credits used) ÷ total annual credits.
